Student Union KOE’s next year's Representative council will have their organizational meeting on 25th of November 2024. The meeting will be held in Lahti M19 campus room A153 (Association room) and also in Zoom, starting at 17:00.
During the meeting the chairpersons for the Representative Council and next year's members of the Board will be elected.
The meeting will also elect the Central Election Committee for 2025:
All members of KOE are eligible to apply for the committee.
The Central Election Committee will consist of a chairperson and at least three (3) and at most seven (7) other members.
The task of the Central Election Committee is to oversee the implementation of the student union representative council elections and make decisions related to election arrangements.
The Central Election Committee is responsible for candidate nomination, vote counting, and announcing the election results, as well as deciding on matters such as voting times and handling communication and instructions related to the elections.
